Look up submitted ePRO instruments and field values for one subject, then export CSV

Open this route from the study sidebar under ePRO Responses → Subject Level.
Purpose
This page is the subject-centric ePRO responses explorer in Clinical Study Manager. Enter a Subject ID to review that subject’s submitted instruments and field values, then export CSV when a match is loaded.
What you can do
- Enter a Subject ID and search
- Open a deep link that already includes
subjectId - Expand submitted activities and read field label, key, value, and submitted time
- See Site ID when more than one site appears in scope
- Export the subject’s ePRO responses as CSV after a successful lookup
Review is available for any study status. Empty results usually mean no submitted ePRO data for that Subject ID yet.
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Clinical Study Manager and a research study on the active license. Opening Subject Level and exporting CSV are not gated by a catalog permission.

Title Subject Level with a short description, plus Export CSV (enabled after a successful lookup).
Subject search
Enter a Subject ID and click Search. Until you search, an empty state prompts you to look up a subject. If the ID does not match submitted data, a not-found empty state appears.
Activity data
After a match, submitted instruments appear in an expandable list. Expand an activity to see fields and values.
