Trace one ePRO field across subjects and instruments, with filters, pagination, and CSV export

Open this route from the study sidebar under ePRO Responses → Field Level.
Purpose
This page is the field-centric ePRO responses explorer in Clinical Study Manager. Pick one field (search by key or label), optionally narrow by site or Subject ID prefix, page through submitted values across subjects and instruments, and export CSV.
What you can do
- Filter by site and Subject ID prefix
- Search and select a field by key or label (load more fields when the list is long)
- Review results labeled with the field name and key
- Read Subject ID, optional Site ID, Activity, Value, and Submitted at
- Page with Previous / Next
- Export CSV for the selected field under the current filters
Review is available for any study status. A zero-data empty state appears when the study has no submitted ePRO field values yet.
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Clinical Study Manager and a research study on the active license. Opening Field Level and exporting CSV are not gated by a catalog permission.

Title Field Level with a short description. When responses exist: site filter, Subject ID search, field picker, and Export CSV.
Field picker
Combobox to select a field (search by key or label). Until one is selected, a prompt asks you to select a field.
Results
Results for {label} ({key}) with a table of submitted values and pagination. Filter misses and fields with no values show empty states.
