ePRO Completion Status
See which subjects have due or complete ePRO instruments on a research study

Open this route from the study sidebar under ePRO → ePRO Completion Status.
Purpose
This page lists due and complete ePRO activities for the research study, one row per subject and instrument. Use it to see what is still due, what has been submitted, and open submitted answers in Subject Level.
What you can do
- Review due and complete ePRO activities for the study
- Filter the roster to one site when more than one site is in view
- Page through the roster
- Open View answers for a complete activity, which goes to Subject Level for that subject
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Clinical Study Manager, a research study on the active license, and View ePRO Completion Status. Without that permission, the page shows that access is denied.

Header
Title ePRO Completion Status with the description “See which subjects have due or complete ePRO instruments.” A site filter appears when the roster has rows, or when a site filter is already applied.
Roster
Each row shows status (Due or Complete), subject ID, instrument, mode (Blocking or Advisory), and the completion time when the activity is complete. Site ID is included when you are not filtered to one site and the roster covers more than one site.
View answers is available on complete rows. It opens Subject Level with that subject selected.
If nothing is due or complete, the page says there are no due or complete ePRO activities. A site filter with no matches asks you to try another site or return to all sites.
