Compare submitted ePRO answers across subjects for one instrument, with filters and CSV export

Open this route from the study sidebar under ePRO Responses → Activity Level.
Purpose
This page is the instrument-centric ePRO responses explorer in Clinical Study Manager. Pick one submitted instrument, optionally narrow by site or Subject ID prefix, compare answers in a subject × field matrix, and export CSV.
What you can do
- Filter by site and Subject ID prefix
- Choose an instrument (eligible subject counts appear in the list)
- Browse a matrix of subjects and field values (optional Site ID column)
- Load more subject rows as you scroll
- Export CSV for the selected instrument under the current filters
Review is available for any study status. A zero-data empty state appears when the study has no submitted ePRO responses yet.
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Clinical Study Manager and a research study on the active license. Opening Activity Level and exporting CSV are not gated by a catalog permission.

Instrument select
Choose which ePRO instrument to compare. Until one is selected, a prompt asks you to select an instrument.
Subject matrix
Labeled Subjects (or Subjects — {instrument title}). Each row is a subject; columns are instrument fields. Scroll to load more. Filter misses and instruments with no submissions show empty states.
