Study site dashboard — invite sites, review join requests, and manage active sites for a research study

Purpose
This page is the Study Site Dashboard for one research study in Clinical Study Manager. It lists sites requesting to join and active sites, lets you search by name or site ID, invite a new site with an onboarding link, approve join requests, open a site overview, and pause or resume subject enrollment.
What you can do
- Browse sites requesting to join and active sites for this study
- Search sites by name or site ID
- Invite a site by generating an onboarding link (and optionally emailing or sharing it)
- Approve a site requesting to join
- Open an active site’s overview for more detail
- Pause or resume subject enrollment on an active site
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Clinical Study Manager and a research study on the active license. Listing sites on this page is not gated by a site permission; invite, approve, overview, and enrollment actions are.

Invite Site to Study | Allows opening Invite Site to generate an onboarding link for a site to join this study. |
Manage Site Enrollment | Allows approving a site requesting to join, and pausing or resuming subject enrollment on an active site. |
View Site Details | Allows opening an active site’s overview (card click and View Details in the actions menu). |
Without Invite Site to Study, Invite Site stays disabled and shows an insufficient-permissions tooltip.
Without Manage Site Enrollment, Approve on join-request cards and Pause Enrollment / Resume Enrollment in the active-site actions menu stay disabled with an insufficient-permissions tooltip when applicable.
Without View Site Details, opening the site overview from the card or View Details stays disabled with an insufficient-permissions tooltip.

Header
Title Study Site Dashboard with a short description. The header includes the site search field and the Invite Site button.
Search
Filters the grid by site name or site ID (case-insensitive). If nothing matches, the empty state asks you to adjust the search.
Invite Site
Opens a dialog to enter a site ID, generate an onboarding link, copy or share the link, and optionally send it by email.
Sites requesting to join
Shown when one or more sites have status requested. Each card shows site name, site ID, address, phone, status, and key dates, with Approve and Deny actions.
Active sites
Shown when one or more sites have status active. Each card shows the same metadata plus a subject-enrollment status badge, an actions menu (contact, view details, pause/resume enrollment), and a link into the site overview.
Empty state
When no sites match (or none exist yet), the page shows No Sites found for this study with guidance to adjust search or invite the first site.
