EDC Workspace
Review captured visit or prescribed-medication data, mark fields reviewed, and work queries for one subject visit

[id] is the study record id. Open this route from explorer Open in workspace links (Field, Subject, or Visit Level), or from Action Needed. It is not listed as its own sidebar item.

Purpose
This page is the EDC review surface in Clinical Study Manager for one subject visit (or prescribed medication). Review captured field values, mark fields reviewed, raise and resolve queries, and follow open or answered queries in the query panel.
What you can do
- See the subject identifier, visit title, and protocol subtitle
- Read open / answered / closed query counts; open closed queries from the closed count
- Mark all fields as reviewed or unreviewed when review is available
- Browse the forms table of captured field values
- Select a field to work queries in the side panel (raise, comment, resolve, or reopen per your permissions)

The workspace is available when the study is active and the visit (or prescribed medication) is visible for EDC.
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Clinical Study Manager, a research study on the active license, and View EDC Workspace. Without that permission, the page shows that access is denied.

Raise Query | Allows raising a new query on a field from the query panel. |
Resolve Query | Allows reopening a resolved query when the product allows reopen. |
Commenting on and resolving queries on this CRO / Sponsor surface follow the workspace’s built-in capabilities for signed-in study users; field value editing stays on the Site Portal.

Header
Shows {Subject ID} - {visit title} with the protocol subtitle. Actions include query count chips and Mark all as reviewed / Mark all as unreviewed when review is available. A validation status chip appears when validation is pending or in error.
Forms table
Captured fields organized by form. Select a field to drive the query panel and review status.
Query panel
Side panel for the selected field’s queries—raise, comment, resolve, or reopen according to your permissions. Closed queries can also be opened from the header closed count.
