[id] is the study record id on the study-scoped route. The site-scoped route uses the selected site and has no study id in the path.

Open this route from the sidebar under Electronic Data Capture → Field Level.

PurposeCopy Anchor Link

This page is the field-centric EDC explorer. Pick one study field (search by key or label), optionally narrow by Subject ID prefix (and by site when a site filter is shown), page through captured values across subjects and visits, open a row in the EDC Workspace, and export CSV.

• Filter by Subject ID prefix
• Filter by site when the page covers more than one site
• Search and select a field by key or label (load more fields when the list is long)
• Review results labeled with the field name and key
• Read Subject ID, optional Site ID, Visit, Value, and Captured at
• Open a result in the EDC Workspace
• Page with Previous / Next
• Export CSV for the selected field under the current filters

EDC explorers are available when the study is active. A zero-data empty state appears when there are no captured EDC field values yet. On the site-scoped route, choose a site first; without one, the page stays empty.

PermissionsCopy Anchor Link

Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to the study or selected site. Opening Field Level and exporting CSV are not gated by a catalog permission. Opening a result in the workspace requires View EDC Workspace (see EDC Workspace).

Results for {label} ({key}) with a table of captured values and pagination. Filter misses and fields with no values show empty states. Each row can open the EDC Workspace.
