Compare captured field values across subjects for one visit, with filters and CSV export

Open this route from the study sidebar under Electronic Data Capture → Visit Level.
Purpose
This page is the visit-centric EDC explorer in Clinical Study Manager. Pick one visit, optionally narrow by site or Subject ID prefix, compare captured field values across subjects, open a subject visit in the EDC Workspace, and export CSV.
What you can do
- Filter by site and Subject ID prefix
- Choose a visit (eligible subject counts appear in the list)
- Browse subject cards with captured field values
- Open a subject visit in the EDC Workspace
- Load more subjects as you scroll when the list is long
- Export CSV for the selected visit under the current filters
EDC explorers are available when the study is active. A zero-data empty state appears when the study has no captured EDC data yet.
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Clinical Study Manager and a research study on the active license. Opening Visit Level and exporting CSV are not gated by a catalog permission. Opening the workspace requires View EDC Workspace (see EDC Workspace).

Visit select
Choose which visit to compare. Until one is selected, a prompt asks you to select a visit.
Subjects
Labeled Subjects. Each card is a subject with captured values for the selected visit. Filter misses and visits with no subjects show empty states.
