Open this route from an active site on Sites. Sites still requesting to join are not available here.
Purpose
This page is the Site Overview for one active site on a research study in Clinical Study Manager. It shows the site name and Site ID, lists overdue subject visits with a timezone control, shows site key contacts, and links to that site’s eREG checklist uploads.
What you can do
- Confirm which site you are viewing (name and Site ID in the header)
- Return to the study’s site list with the back control
- Open View eREG uploads for this site’s eREG checklist
- Review overdue visits (subject ID, visit title, scheduled time, status)
- Change the timezone used to display scheduled times
- Browse site key contacts for this organization study site
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Clinical Study Manager, a research study on the active license, and View Site Details. Without that permission, the page shows Access denied. Missing or non-active sites (including join requests) show Site not found.

Header
Title uses {site name} ({Site ID}) overview when the site loads, with a back control to /study/[id]/sites. View eREG uploads opens the study eREG checklist filtered to this site.
Overdue visits
Section titled Overdue visits with a count. When there are overdue visits, a table lists Subject ID, Visit, Scheduled, and Status (Scheduled or Active). When none are overdue, the page shows No overdue visits. A timezone selector (US zones) controls how scheduled times are displayed.
Site key contacts
A card grid of site key contacts for this site, or No site key contacts when none are recorded.
