Subject Level
Look up finalized field responses for one subject, then open the workspace or export CSV

/study/[id]/edc/subject-levelor/edc/subject-level— Subject Level Electronic Data Capture- Optional query:
?subjectId=…— pre-fills an exact Subject ID lookup
[id] is the study record id on the study-scoped route. The site-scoped route uses the selected site and has no study id in the path.
Open this route from the sidebar under Electronic Data Capture → Subject Level.
Purpose
This page is the subject-centric EDC explorer. Enter a Subject ID to review that subject’s finalized visit and prescribed-medication responses, open a visit in the EDC Workspace, then export CSV when a match is loaded.
What you can do
- Enter a Subject ID and search
- Open a deep link that already includes
subjectId - Browse Visits and Prescribed medication tabs for the matched subject
- See Site ID when more than one site appears in scope
- Open a visit in the EDC Workspace
- Export the subject’s EDC responses as CSV after a successful lookup
EDC explorers are available when the study is active. Empty results usually mean no finalized EDC data for that Subject ID yet. On the site-scoped route, choose a site first; without one, the page stays empty.
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to the study or selected site. Opening Subject Level and exporting CSV are not gated by a catalog permission. Opening the workspace requires View EDC Workspace (see EDC Workspace).

Title Subject Level with a short description, plus Export CSV (enabled after a successful lookup).
Subject search
Enter a Subject ID and click Search. Until you search, an empty state prompts you to look up a subject. If the ID does not match finalized data, a not-found empty state appears.
Subject data
After a match, visit and prescribed-medication content appears under Subject data. Expand or open items to review fields and open the workspace.
