Purpose
This page lists enrolled subjects for the selected site in CSM Site Portal. Search and filter the roster, review visit progress, enroll new subjects, and open row actions for visits and enrollment status changes.
What you can do
- See how many subjects are enrolled at the selected site
- Enroll one subject with Add Subject
- Enroll many subjects with Bulk Upload Subjects
- Search the list and filter by enrollment status
- Show or hide table columns with Manage Table
- Open a subject’s details from Subject ID or name
- Start Conduct Visit or Unscheduled Visit, schedule a visit, or open EDC data from the row actions menu
- Mark a subject ineligible, withdraw, or unenroll from the row actions menu
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Site Portal for the organization (license). Choose a site in the site switcher to load site-scoped data. Without a selected site, the list shows an empty state asking you to select a site. Without Read Subject data, the list is hidden.

Conduct Subject Visits | Allows Conduct Visit and Unscheduled Visit from row actions. |
Update Visit data | Allows Schedule Visit from row actions when the study is active. |
Mark Subject Ineligible | Allows marking an active subject ineligible from row actions. |
Withdraw Subject | Allows withdrawing an active subject from row actions. |
Unenroll Subject | Allows unenrolling an active subject from row actions. |
Without Create a Subject, enrollment buttons stay disabled. Without Read Subject data, the page explains that subjects cannot be viewed.

Header
Title Subjects with a short description. When the list is ready, a count badge shows how many subjects are enrolled. Actions: Bulk Upload Subjects and Add Subject.
Toolbar
Search by subject fields, filter by enrollment status (All, Active, Completed, Unenrolled, Withdrawn, Ineligible), and Manage Table to toggle columns (Subject ID, Name, Email, Status, Next Scheduled Visit, Visit Flow).
Subjects table
Desktop table (and a mobile card list) of subjects for the selected site. Columns can include Subject ID, Name, Email, Status, Next Scheduled Visit, and Visit Flow. Subject ID and Name link to subject details. The row actions menu (and right-click context menu) offers visit and enrollment actions for that subject. Pagination appears when there are more rows than one page.
