Purpose
This page is the site eREG binder in CSM Site Portal. For the selected organization study site, download the study’s eREG templates (when any exist) and file certified eREG documents onto eREG checklist items. Sponsor/CRO staff review the same binder from Clinical Study Manager; certify and upload happen here.
What you can do
- Browse the study’s eREG templates list for this site’s study
- Download all templates as a package when templates exist and you have permission
- Browse eREG checklist sections and items for this site
- See whether each item is Incomplete or has a current certified file (with version)
- Download the current certified file when a link is available
- Upload or Replace a certified eREG document on an item (with Signature)
- Open History to review prior certified versions on an item
Without a selected site, the page asks you to select a study site from the sidebar.
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Site Portal for the organization (license). Choose a site in the site switcher to load the binder. Viewing the templates list and checklist is not gated by a dedicated eREG permission; download, upload, replace, and current-file download links are.

Without Manage eREG Binder, Download templates, Upload, Replace, and current-file download links stay hidden. History still appears when an item has versions.
Upload and replace also require the research study and organization study site to be active. When either is not active, a banner explains that filing is blocked and write actions stay hidden.

eREG templates
Lists template file names from the study. When at least one template exists and you have Manage eREG Binder, Download templates packages them for download. When there are no templates, the section shows No eREG templates.
eREG checklist
Lists checklist sections and items for this site. Each item shows Incomplete, or the current file name with Version Number. With Manage eREG Binder and an active study/site, incomplete items offer Upload and filed items offer Replace (both require a Signature). History opens prior versions when any exist.
Blocked filing banner
Shown when the study or site is not active. Explains that eREG documents can only be filed while both are active.
No site selected
Empty state asking you to select a study site from the sidebar before the binder can load.
