Visit Schedule
Week calendar to schedule, reschedule, resize, and unschedule subject visits for the selected site

/visits/schedule— visit calendar for the selected organization study site- Optional query:
?subjectId=[subjectId]and?subjectVisitId=[subjectVisitId]to preselect a subject and visit
[subjectId] is the subject record id. [subjectVisitId] is the subject visit record id.
Purpose
This page is the full-page week calendar in Site Portal. Pick a subject and visit, place a date and time, then confirm pending changes to schedule, reschedule, resize, or unschedule visits for the selected site.
What you can do
- Browse the Monday–Friday week grid and move to the previous or next week
- Set the calendar time zone
- Select a subject and a schedulable visit (also via URL query)
- Place a date, start time, and end time, or click a grid slot
- Click Schedule Visit to add a pending placement
- Drag a scheduled visit to reschedule, drag the bottom edge to resize, or unschedule from the card
- Discard pending changes, or review and save them in a confirmation dialog
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Site Portal. Choose a site in the site switcher to load the calendar. Without a selected site, the page asks you to select a study site.

Read Subject data | Loads subjects and visits that populate the selectors and calendar. |
Update Visit data | Allows scheduling, rescheduling, resizing, and unscheduling visits. |
Without Update Visit data, Schedule Visit and calendar write actions stay disabled. Scheduling also requires the research study to be active. Week and time zone navigation lock until you save or discard pending changes.

Header
Shows the month for the visible week. Use previous/next week, the time zone selector, Schedule Visit, and Discard when there are pending changes. On smaller screens, Schedule Visit is an icon button.
Subject, visit, and placement
Choose a Subject, then a Visit. Date, start, and end time become available after a valid pair is selected. Placement fields stay disabled until writes are allowed and the selection is valid.
Week grid
Monday through Friday, from morning through evening in the selected time zone. Click an open slot to place the selected visit. Scheduled visits appear as cards. Drag to move, drag the bottom edge to change duration, or unschedule from the card when writes are allowed. Completed visits are read-only.
Confirm changes
Schedule Visit opens a dialog listing pending schedule, reschedule, resize, and unschedule changes. Confirm to save, or discard all.
