Subject Details
View one subject’s profile, visits, ePRO activities, and prescribed medication for the selected site

/subjects/[subjectId]— details for one subject at the selected organization study site- Optional query:
?tab=visits(default),?tab=epro-activities, or?tab=prescribed-medication
[subjectId] is the subject record id.
Purpose
This page is the Site Portal workspace for one enrolled subject. Review demographics and contact details, work visits (including unscheduled visits), manage ePRO activities, and record prescribed medication.
What you can do
- See the subject’s name, enrollment status, and Subject ID context in the header
- Start Conduct Visit or Unscheduled Visit, open View EDC Data, or use the actions menu for schedule and enrollment status changes
- Switch among Visits, ePRO activities, and Prescribed medication
- Open a workflow or unscheduled visit card to continue capture or review
- Review demographics, financial stipend total, contact, and emergency contact in the side panel
- On ePRO activities, generate a subject PIN and start an ePRO session when activities are due
- On Prescribed medication, add entries and review the medication list
Permissions
Page access — Requires a signed-in user with access to Site Portal, a selected site, and Read Subject data. Without a selected site, the page asks you to choose a site. Without read access (or if the subject is not found for this site), the page shows that the subject is unavailable.

Conduct Subject Visits | Allows Conduct Visit and Unscheduled Visit. |
Update Visit data | Allows Schedule Visit from the actions menu when the study is active. |
Mark Subject Ineligible | Allows marking an active subject ineligible from the actions menu. |
Withdraw Subject | Allows withdrawing an active subject from the actions menu. |
Unenroll Subject | Allows unenrolling an active subject from the actions menu. |
Generate ePRO Subject PIN | Allows generating a subject PIN on the ePRO activities tab. |
Add Subject Medication | Allows Add medication on the Prescribed medication tab. |
Without Conduct Subject Visits, visit-start controls stay disabled. Without Add Subject Medication, the add control is hidden; existing entries remain visible when the subject loads.

Header
Shows the subject’s name and enrollment status badge, with a short description that includes the Subject ID. Actions include the overflow menu plus Unscheduled Visit, View EDC Data, and Conduct Visit (on smaller screens, visit and EDC actions live in the menu).
Tabs
- Visits — workflow visit cards (schedule, status, stipend, note to file) and any Unscheduled Visits section
- ePRO activities — subject PIN, start session, assigned activities, and recent sessions
- Prescribed medication — list of entries and Add medication when permitted
Subject details panel
Right-hand summary (wide layouts): demographics, total stipend, contact information, and emergency contact.
