Purpose
App Access is where organization owners and admins control which members can open each licensed application.
This page uses the in-page tabs:
- App Access — member × application access matrix
- Licenses — license cards for the organization
The Licenses guide is documented at /organization/app-access/licenses.
What you can do
- See every organization member alongside every licensed application in a single matrix
- Grant or revoke a member's access to a specific application by toggling the checkbox at their row/column intersection
- Toggle access for all members on one application at once by clicking the application header
- Toggle all applications for one member at once using the check/uncheck icon in their row
Permissions
Page access requires an organization owner or admin role.
No catalog permission applies. Access is governed entirely by your organization role.
