What you can do
- Create an organization with a name, organization ID, and optional logo
- Accept or decline a pending invitation
- Invite teammates by email as Member or Admin, or skip inviting
- Schedule an optional introduction, or skip it and continue
- Sign out

Sending invitations requires an organization owner or admin. Accepting or declining an invitation is available to the person who was invited.
On this page
The flow is a sequence of steps. The first step has no step counter. Later steps show a step counter beside the title. On wider screens the form sits on the left and a workspace preview sits on the right. On narrower screens the preview is shown above the form.
Sign out stays at the bottom left on every step.
Choose how to get started
You can start fresh by creating a new organization, or join one that you have been invited to.
Create an organization continues to workspace setup. The card describes setting up a new workspace to manage your team, data, and settings.
When you have pending invitations, a divider reads or join an existing one, and the invitations appear in a scrollable list. Each card shows the organization name and, when provided, the invited role (Role:). Otherwise the card says you have been invited to join that organization.
- Accept invitation accepts the invite, switches you to that organization, and opens Labsuite Hub home.
- Decline invitation declines the invite and refreshes the list.
Selecting an invitation card continues to workspace setup.
When you have no invitations, Join an organization is unavailable, with the note You have not been invited to join an organization yet.
Set up your workspace
Title Set up your workspace.
- Workspace logo — optional. Upload image accepts PNG or JPEG files up to 10MB. Remove appears after an image is chosen. The preview updates with the logo.
- Organization name — required. Placeholder My Organization. The organization ID fills in from the name until you edit the ID yourself.
- Organization ID — required, at least two characters. While it is checked, the page shows Checking availability…, then ID is available or This ID is already taken.
Continue stays unavailable until the name is filled in and the ID is available. While the organization is being created, the button reads Creating…. On success you move to inviting your team. The preview shows the name and ID as you type.
Invite your team
Title Invite your team. The page explains that you can invite colleagues to share the workspace. If the workspace is still loading, a spinner is shown until it is ready.
Enter email addresses lists one row to start. Each row has an email (example@email.com) and a role of Member or Admin.
- Add another adds a row, up to the member limit.
- Remove deletes a row.
- A count shows how many member slots are in use, including pending invites (for example, 1/10 members (includes pending invites)).
Send invites sends the invitations. A single invite confirms Invitation sent successfully! Several invites confirm how many were sent. Invited people receive an email with instructions to join. After a successful send, the page moves to scheduling.
Skip for now opens Are you sure? You can invite team members anytime from your workspace settings. Cancel stays on this step. Continue moves to scheduling without sending invites.
The step notes that continuing means you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Sending invites is limited to an organization owner or admin. If the member limit would be exceeded, the page asks you to remove some invitees or send fewer invitations. An empty or invalid email, or a missing role, must be corrected before sending.
Schedule a meeting
Title Schedule a meeting. Back returns to the previous step.
The page offers an optional introduction call. When scheduling is configured, a calendar is embedded so you can pick a time. When it is not configured, the page says Scheduling will be available once a Calendly URL is configured.
Skip for now opens Are you sure? You can schedule an introduction anytime from your account or by contacting support. Cancel stays on this step. Continue leaves onboarding and opens the callbackURL destination, or Labsuite Hub home when that parameter is absent.
The preview shows the active organization’s name, ID, and logo, along with your name and email.
